This study follows up on the questionnaire survey conducted in July 2025, by further analyzing the registered unemployed population in Beijing in the second half of the year. It provides policy guidance for understanding the development needs of the NEET group under the current economic situation, improving the domestic employment environment, stabilizing youth employment, and promoting a virtuous cycle between economic development and the improvement of people's livelihoods.
